Cancellation and refund policy

Drone Network subscriptions may be cancelled at any time in order to prevent the next automatic renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the subscription period that has already been paid, and the Member will normally retain access to the Services until that date.

Subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable law, subscription periods that have already begun are non-refundable, and no prorated refund will be provided where a Member chooses to stop using the Services before the end of the applicable subscription period.

Where an account is suspended or terminated as a result of fraud, falsification, material misrepresentation, a serious or repeated violation of the Terms, or credible and recurring complaints reasonably justifying termination of the account, no refund or credit will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

To cancel automatic renewal, the Member may use the cancellation features available in the Member’s account or contact RPAS13 Inc. at info@dronenetwork.ca.
